FAQ
What is a Group Buy?
A group buy is a pre-order of the imported succulents at the beginning of a month, a well-planned event that leverages the power of collective purchasing. By pooling orders from various customers, the company is able to negotiate better prices with growers, which in turn benefits the customers with lower prices. The variety of around 100 different kinds of succulents makes it even more appealing, especially since the selection varies with each group buy.
This approach not only offers cost benefits but also encourages a community of succulent lovers to explore and share their passion. If you have any specific questions or need further details about the GRG Group Buy, feel free to ask!
The group buy normally open for ordering for two weeks at the beginning of a month.
When are you expected to receive your order?
Most of the Group Buy (pre-order) succulents are ship from oversea and will be delivered to the customers approximatey 4 to 5 weeks after the group buy closing date. Example, Feb Group Buy will be delivered in late March.
For year round (in-stock) sales, the succulents can be picked up within a couple of days. If shipping is required, it will be shipped within a couple of days as well.
Please note that, for shipping order, to avoid the possibility the package may still in transit over the weekend and stays in the courier's facility, we normally ship the package in the beginning of the week (Monday, Tuesday, the latest Wednesday, which depends on the courier services chosen).
Can you ship the plants to other countries besides Canada?
No. We currently only able to service our customers who has a Canada shipping address.
Where is the pickup location for self pickup order?
We have two locations in Ontario; Newmarket (Davis Drive and Warden) and Markham (HWY 404 and Steeles Ave East)

Plant without soil and root
All plants need to be cleaned prior to be certified and imported into Canada. Canada has a very strict regulation; the plants must be cleaned and without soil and roots. That is the only proper way to keep our forests and agriculture protected.
